SOAPNoteAI helps clinicians write session notes with AI. Features had been added one at a time, and the product needed a foundation that could scale. It also had to keep the trust of professionals who are wary of AI touching their records.
How we worked
Embedded with the founder and engineers, with no traditional handoff: engineers built the scaffolding, I polished in code. We set a short, medium and long-term prioritisation framework and a phased plan to move users from V1 to V2 without disruption.
Outcome
Unified the design system across website, web app and iOS, and rebuilt the product around an agentic ux designed to scale. Since launch, monthly usage is up 60%, with new users outpacing churn.
