I came in to lead product design to turn an ambitious idea into a validated product. This involved rethinking traditional training, validating concepts, scaling for enterprise, and delivering measurable results.

How we worked

As part of the founding team, I work cross-functionally to lead design. Early on, we moved fast and shipped lean. As we scaled, I helped bring structure with clear systems and repeatable processes.

Outcome

Grew to 80k active users with 92% user satisfaction, and a platform trusted by large retail partners and built a scalable design system for rapid iteration
